Professional profile

Technical depth.
Leadership at scale.

A senior commissioning manager and electrical engineering leader with experience across complex, high-availability electrical infrastructure.

I connect early-stage strategy and technical review with construction completion, energisation, testing and operational handover. My background spans transmission substations, HVDC, offshore and onshore wind, battery energy storage and data-centre grid connections.

At Hitachi Energy UK, I established a commissioning department from the ground up, defining its organisational structure, three-year capability roadmap, staffing model, management hierarchy and subcontracting approach.

My next-role focus is senior commissioning leadership: department management, portfolio coordination, engineering interfaces and delivery governance, rather than site-only commissioning management.

Career experience

From hands-on delivery
to commissioning leadership.

A foundation in testing and energisation, developed into team, department and portfolio-level management.
